The Difference Between The True Labor And False Labor

When your due date is pass approaching you might asked how will I know that it is a real labor? Many women experience false labor during in their late pregnancy. Every woman has unique experience in labor and of course almost undergo false labor. False labor is a natural to be experience among women when the labor due is pass approaching. Women may feel painless and infrequent contractions.

However, in the next few weeks the contractions become more frequent and painful this is the period of true labor. False labor can be easily recognize if you change your position and the pain is gone this is consider false labor, but when the pain is still going on this is an indication of true labor.

Moreover, even mother who experience birth before still cannot recognize the difference between the false labor and true labor and still afraid during the labor day.

In false labor the contractions are infrequent and the pain can be easily gone when you change your position or just by standing or few steps of walking. The true labor is so strong and gradual contractions.

False labor prolong the labor, but this is one of the process of giving birth. Just monitor your contractions and when you feel it is stronger compare than before you better called your physician so that you will know whether you are in false or in true labor.

Women can experience different changes in her body when labor day come. These changes is a signs or indication that your labor is come. For the first time mother and had experience before to differentiate the true labor from false labor is so hard. Yes knowledge is a power to overcome any fears especially during the giving birth.

When you experience a false labor you don't need to be alarmed instead you can sleep and relax so you can have a lot of strength during your true labor.

Prelabor is determine by examining the cervix. In prelabor mother can feel mild contractions Lightening is the first sign of labor a woman feels that the head of a baby setting deeper into pelvis. The baby change its position that mothers feel they are running after their breath, discomfort in their pelvis. The lightening may occur weeks or days before the labor or vary in a woman.

When you feel any contractions the doctor will examine your cervix by internal examination. When the contractions happen, just change your position when the contractions is still there and become strong it is true labor because in false labor the contractions will gone if you change your position.
